- Tag Konflux branches
- Tag all release branches (e.g. for ossm 3.0.3, ossm-3.0 in kiali/ossm/istio-ctl, ossm-2.6.8 in kiali, main in kiali/ossm-fbc) with release tags ( e.g. ossm 3.0.3, kiali 2.4.6 or istio version 1.24.6, see previous tag in each repo to know which format )

- Unfreeze Konflux for renovate PRs.
- Update `renovate.json` in ossm, kiali, ossm-fbc, kiali-fbc and istioctl konflux repos with `"automerge": true` in version branch

- e.g. after 3.1.0 release, we want from konflux to watch sail operator devel branch `release-3.1` instead of release branch `release/3.1.0` https://gitlab.cee.redhat.com/istio/konflux/ossm/-/merge_requests/826 (that applies for all repositories)
