Minor and patch release:

• Bump OSSM version
  • ! , the version branch must exist in sail-operator repo ! (done by Create tags for release branches postGA subtasks)  
  • Bump OSSM version and istio version(if patch release bump istio version) in LPINTEROP job (`openshift-service-mesh-sail-operator-3.0.2__ocp-4.19-lp-interop.yaml`)
  • Change OSSM version in name
  • Run `make update` to regenerate periodic jobs
  • Create PR
    • If this is Minor release, update kiali as part of this PR as well ( see section below ) 
  • In the PR, run `/pj-rehearse <job name>` to be sure that job is still working
  • e.g. PR: https://github.com/openshift/release/pull/66511 (patch) or https://github.com/openshift/release/pull/67933 (minor)

Minor release:

• Update Kiali:
  • Build newer kiali test images via Kiali GH Actions https://github.com/kiali/kiali/actions/workflows/test-images-creator.yml  
  • You need to update the test images in openshift-ci first (e.g.  https://github.com/openshift/release/pull/65987 , you need approval from dptp team, Request PR Review on #forum-ocp-testplatform slack channel )
  • After that, update lpinterop job to use the images and update kiali and ossm install scripts if needed
