After we release any version of the OSSM, we create a tag (with a particular release) on the above of release branches.

e.g.
When we release 3.1.0, the sail operator `release/3.1.0` release branch must be tagged with `3.1.0`.
To verify that the tag shows to the correct commit, the tag hash must be the same as hash in konflux gitmodules for sail-operator.
