Conclusion from OCP/OSSM/LLM-D Coordination:

1. OSSM does not need to provide an upgrade path from GIE v0.5 to GIE v1.0.
2. RHOAI/LLM-D will create duplicate GIE resources, one based on v0.5 and one based on v1.0 to ensure that when OSSM/gateway is upgraded it continues to ensure traffic continues to flow without interruption (i.e. RHOAI/LLM-D will be supporting migration between GIE versions).
3. RHOAI/LLM-D will be consuming OSSM 3.1 delivered through OCP 4.19.z and OCP 4.20 until OCP 4.21, which will include OSSM 3.2.
4. OSSM 3.2 will only provide support for GIE v1.0. (OSSM 3.1 currently only provides support only for GIE v0.5.)
