I want to run Kiali from my local machine outside of the cluster. It should read from my local kubeconfig and I should be able to choose which context(s) from my kubeconfig it uses. It should run the Kiali server on localhost and when I navigate to the server in my browser, I can use the Kiali console the same as if it were deployed in a cluster.
