Code Freeze includes the following steps:

• Create Release Branches (Branches could be created earlier, and should be updated)
• Code Freeze for CPaaS
• [NEW] Configure Errata for Automated Creation
• Update CPaaS branches

DoDs:

• Branches are created and up-to-date
• Code-freeze MR to openshift-servicemesh attached to Jira and merged
• New errata have been created
• MRs to CPaaS attached to Jira and merged (3x to container midstream, 3x to proxy midstream)
• Kiali team established code-freeze
• After code freeze, ask someone with Jira Admin privileges to do `Create new versions in Jira` subtask in this Jira (see Sub-Tasks section)
