This causes issues with the user being able to change default values for DashboardsEnabled and DataplaneNetwork.

The bug was introduced with: https://github.com/openstack-k8s-operators/telemetry-operator/pull/424

This is an upstream/main bug. The commit isn't merged in the 18.0-proposed branch. So this shouldn't affect GA content.

WA: users can just directly edit the MetricStorage resource. Because the Telemetry doesn't really know about these fields, it doesn't overwrite them.

Fix: We could add a line similar to: https://github.com/openstack-k8s-operators/telemetry-operator/blob/main/controllers/telemetry_controller.go#L421 for each of the missing fields.
