We must install Trustway Proteccio's client software to allow Barbican operator successfully interact with Eviden's HSM. We have some questions:

• Has openstack-k8s-operators already defined a mechanism for modifying images during deployment?
• We want to install Trustway Protecio client software on the Barbican images: API and worker.
• This must be done during deployment because we don't have permission to redistribute the software.

• Leverage k8s for prerequisites? - e.g. we probably don't want to require a stand-alone HTTPS server to provide inputs like we did with TripleO.
