EDPM containers ignore log configuration when spawned

      The containers are spawned with `--log-level info --exit-command-arg info`
      and that changes to `--log-level warning --exit-command-arg warning` after systemd service is restarted.

      I'm not really sure where the log level is taken from at this point but the outcome of this is that the journald doesn't have logs for the service until it gets restarted via systemd.
