Chapter 5.1 Step 11 includes this environment file in the example:

  -e /home/stack/overcloud-deploy/overcloud/overcloud-network-environment.yaml \

However, my understanding of the overcloud-deploy directory is that it should not be used as input for the upgrade prepare or deploy commands as this is a circular reference. Can we get some clarification if this file should be moved to a different directory or is even needed at this step?
