In the RHOSO deployments without networker nodes gateway chassis are typically run on the OCP nodes inside the PODs. We need to add CI job which will configure properly `nicMappings` in the ovn-controller CR so that this gateway chassis after adoption will have access to the external network and then we can validate that e.g. centralized floating IP or SNAT connectivity from the VM to the external network works fine after adoption.
