Tentatively, the list of things to do to re-enable vGPUs in RHOSO 18 are:

1. Customer-facing documentation on installing the NVIDIA drivers on the EDPM/compute hosts.
2. CI enablement:
   • The job itself (IOW, Zuul, cifmw, etc)
   • Any necessary automation to achieve what point 1 above is documenting (out-of-tree Ansible?)
   • Available hardware to run all of this on.
