Looking at a recent CI run https://review.rdoproject.org/zuul/build/852d057b604c431596707e27c941d80e I don't see GMR printed at the end of the nova-api logs in either pod. CI uses must-gather and must-gather implements GMR triggering https://github.com/openstack-k8s-operators/openstack-must-gather/blob/11d3897cf2d6dc0166b2871a0567bd337b21f5fe/collection-scripts/gather_trigger_gmr#L62-L85 This worked couple of months back. So something changed that broke this.
