Important
After discussion with smooney@redhat.com ( https://redhat-internal.slack.com/archives/C077LJ45UQ7/p1720688028771689?thread_ts=1720612983.659579&cid=C077LJ45UQ7 ) it would appear that CI is testing with a later version of podman (4.6.0) than the one OSP 17.1 uses (4.4.1).

This has implications for proper coverage during adoption testing.
