      As an Operator I want to be sure that telemetry components can be successfully updated when updating from OSP18.z to OSP18.latest

      CloudOps DFG should consider implementing component pipeline jobs using simple topologies to do early stage validation of the in-place update process for their components and to block promotions based on in-place update process or functional test failures.
