How does it work?

What kind of filtering does it support?

Can we us it to report to Polarian as-is?
Do we need to add more functionality to it? i.e. extend the plugin to do custom filtering?

Output: a playbook that runs some no-op tests with test IDs

How to test? Try configuring the default-telemetry test downstream to use junitXML
