Test the procedure to externalize a TripleO deployed Ceph cluster

      After the adoption process is over, we should go through the Ceph adoption steps.
      Ceph adoption means externalize the cluster and co-locate mons/mgrs and other existing daemons with OSDs.
      We have documents that explain the steps required to migrate the Ceph daemons [1], keeping in mind that the cardinality should be respected.
      This story is about integrating and testing this procedure in CI and make sure we are able to support the scenario proposed to our customers.
