Currently following steps using CI-Framework downstream docs https://ci-framework.pages.redhat.com/docs/main/index.html targets an upstream deployment with upstream containers and upstream operator, we need the docs to be updated with part that reflects how to deploy complete downstream deploy with downstream containers and mid-stream operators .
