Logs in EDPM nodes must log to Journald

      The log collector system (rsyslog) is going to retrieve logs and send them to a centralized storage in the OpenShift cluster hosting the control plane. To achieve that, it expects that all relevant logs that need to be stored in the central logging platform are written to a centralized location.

      This centralized location is the journal. All logs that want to be sent remotely must be log to the Journal. For the services working in containers, Podman already publishes all logs that are being written to the stdout of the container to the Journal, so it is just a matter of writing the logs to stdout.
