Reproduce:

• add a new galera definition under spec.galera.templates in OpenStackControlPlane
• check that a related Galera CR is created
• remove the new galera definition from the OpenStackControlPlane

The related Galera CR is not deleted and no related processing or storage resources are cleaned up.

Workaround: manually delete the Galera CR.

One can argue that we don't wan't to loose DB data by an accidental removal, but that should be handled by finalizers added by the users for that DB.

Note that the cleanup works for memcached instances today.
