For each node of a production OCP cluster hosting the RHOSO ctlplane, must-gather fails with the following error:

[must-gather-qnc6t] POD error: UntilWithSync: unable to sync caches: context deadline exceeded
[must-gather-qnc6t] POD Failed to run sos report on node ooo-node3, won't retrieve data 

The sosreport is able to run but fails after the result is compressed, and data is not retrieved.
The above represents an example of a failure for one of the nodes of the OCP cluster.
As a result of that we're not able to get any Pod log of the (production) environment that fails to deploy.
