      Enhance os-net-config to support input configuration templates in nmstate json/yaml format, but will perform tasks that nmstate is not yet able to do:

       

      • NIC mapping
      • NIC partitioning
      • VDPA
      • Hardware Offload
      • Creating route tables as needed for PBR
      • Other features as needed
