      With this update, RabbitMQ metrics are collected and stored in Prometheus. A new dashboard for displaying these metrics was added.

      There is a "rabbitmq_prometheus" plugin [1], which exports rabbitmq metrics in a prometheus scrapable format. In RHOSO this plugin is enabled by default.

      We should configure Prometheus to scrape these metrics and include them in our dashboards.
