install_yamls leverages a custom OpenStackDataPlaneService for the `repo-setup` playbook:
https://github.com/openstack-k8s-operators/install_yamls/blob/main/devsetup/edpm/services/dataplane_v1beta1_openstackdataplaneservice_reposetup.yaml#L14

We need to rename this field in-line with our changes to dataplane-operator to allow for the change to pass in CI.
