            From QE perspective looks good and the flowing https://github.com/gthiemonge/octavia-operator/commit/fad14f05298427f330f7098388b17f069c7a8083 was covered in manual verification I did (PASS).

            All steps have been documented in Polarion as well: https://polarion.engineering.redhat.com/polarion/#/project/RHOSO/wiki/Octavia/OSP18%20-%20Octavia%20Manuall%20CLI%20based%20tests (See Log Offloading section)

            Log offloading is not available in octavia in RHOSO 18.0.0.

            Therefore, nothing has been documented.
