Currently Host aggregation is not enabled by default, so it is needed to add the following config to dpdk and sriov to use this feature.

smooney@redhat.com comented me that he will probably add it to the default, but I still think that maybe it is interesting to show this config just in case it may be needed another filter in the future. In osp17.1 this config is part of our templates.
