While executing procedure described in README.md the step `make openstack_wait_deploy` fails while waiting on the aforementioned condition. This happens even with triple of the standard timeout period.
error: timed out waiting for the condition on openstackcontrolplanes/openstack-galera-network-isolation
Galera itself has trouble connecting to the glance pods:
Aborted connection 28 to db: 'glance' user: 'glance_91eb' host: '10.217.1.107' (Got an error reading communication packets)
While the glance pod has trouble generating config:

While the message should be followed by writing to the conditions with further info[0] no additional information appears present.
It is possible that keystone is the original culprit here, given messages recorded in keystone log:
