When first creating a nodeset and deployment in the same YAML file, an error can be reported on the Deployment status similar to:

TLSInput error occured in TLS sources Secret "cert-telemetry-edpm-compute-2" not found

This appears due to a race condition before the certs are requested for the new nodes in the NodeSet. We shouldn't report it as an initial error. The error eventually goes away and is harmless.
