It looks like "Migrating to the OVN mechanism driver" was written to be accurate for both RHOSP 16.2 and RHOSP 17.1 (although other guides may have same name for different versions, but are essentially version-specific). As a result, I am not sure if information about RHOSP 17.1 container images should be added to "2.2. Preparing container images for migration of the ML2 mechanism driver from OVS to OVN" section, or information about RHOSP 16.2 container images should be replaced with information about RHOSP 17.1 container images.
