Nova operator already introduced a special status to indicate about Secret readiness for metadata agent, see here:

While the existence of a Secret may be considered an indication that it's ready, it's better to consolidate the status reporting into Status field of CRD.

This task is to add a similar Ready state for EDP Config in ovn-operator.
