With RHOSO 18.0, we deploy by default with TLS-e enabled.
From field feedback, we know about 50% of deployments do NOT use TLS-e because of their use case(internal lab deployment, performance limitations...). As such we allow RHOSO to deploy with TLS-e disabled.
This Epic is about the one-way street to enable TLS-e for a RHOSO 18.0 deployed without TLS-e.
There is NO supported option to disable TLS-e once enabled.
