The FDP (Fast Datapath) team publishes UMB messages once errata are published for new releases.
OpenStack is a layered product that tests those errata to give feedback to the FDP team on the stability of releases.

Requirements:

• Support in Zuul for receiving UMB messages
• Support in Zuul for triggering UMB messages based on a specific topic
• Support in Zuul for deploying OpenStack deployments that can patch RPM/containers with new releases
