Image provisioning url wrong after deleting deployment

      These are the steps:
      1. openstack deployed sucessfully
      2. remove dataplane deployment
      oc delete -f dataplane.yaml
      3. apply dataplane again
      oc apply -f dataplane.yaml
      3. Failing to provision due to wrong url
