As a component team we need to be able to validate that BM provisioning is working as expected in an integration job.

• Determined that we do not need physical machines, can test purely virtual (as done in 17.1).
• This will be supported/implemented early enough to evaluate functionality for GA since
  this is done: Integrate virtualbmc in libvirt_manager 
  and this epic rhn-engineering-sbaker is working on: Migrate nested baremetal jobs to use the extracted edpm topology  we expect will be completed in time to ensure functionality for GA
• The integration jobs are not checked in or running yet as of March 26, 2024
• The uni alpha job jira
• The MR for the uni alpha job
• Blocked until the first integration job is completed (uni alpha)

Acceptance criteria:

• proof that a node has been enrolled via tempest test in the uni alpha job

How enabling ironic and enrolling the two test nodes affects other DFG testing is to be determined. We don't know until we try.

The environment is assumed to be running on a physical hyperviros - libvirt.
At some point we should also add this config to uni01-delta-ipv6.
