      As part of this Epic we need to verify the performance of OVS- DPDK and SRIOV for different profiles including OVS VLAN profile, OVS Flat , VXLAN profile. 

      Also with only testpmd.

      Need to test with RHEL 9.4 and use OVS version same as current version same as in OSP 18.

      These tests are run as standalone and not with OSP18. But RHEL and ovs versions matching OSP 18
