issue: trying to deploy a dataplane-nodeset with baremetal (full provisioning) provisioning hangs after the 1st reboot using image:
registry.redhat.io/rhosp-dev-preview/edpm-hardened-uefi-rhel9:18.0.0-10

using the DP2 image instead of the above one results in a successful deployment
DP2 image: registry.redhat.com/rhosp-dev-preview/edpm-hardened-uefi-rhel9:18.0.0-9
