      When ssh into controller with user other than root, it throws permission denied error :

       

      [stack@undercloud-0 ~]$ ssh stack@192.168.23.8 cat /var/lib/config-data/puppet-generated/swift/etc/swift/swift.conf | base64 -w0
cat: /var/lib/config-data/puppet-generated/swift/etc/swift/swift.conf: Permission denied
