We updated https://access.redhat.com/documentation/en-us/red_hat_openstack_platform/17.1/html-single/performing_a_minor_update_of_red_hat_openstack_platform/index#assembly_preparing-for-a-minor-update_keeping-updated

However, there is no actual procedure for the roles which don't have pacemaker services.
We should have a command example for our users.
