TODO: Provide scope of work for RHOSO 18 telemetry CI development within the CloudOps DFG. Below has stricken information that is not accurate (no STF).

RHOSO Telemetry is deployed on OCP and collects metrics and events that Openstack sends to it. In order to configure OSP to send metrics and reports to the STF it should be deployed with appropriate THT and custom yaml templates.

1. Same OCP will be used for deploying OSP and STF

2. STF deployment (on demand) will be a part of OpenStack deployment - User will be able to mark a checkbox "Deploy STF" for STF deployment. STF will be deploy with the latest container images if not specified otherwise in the dedicated field. Same manner like we have now PRODUCT_BUILD with default "passed_phase2"

3. Topology will include controllers,computes and ceph on VMs and in addition also HCI topology.
