      Component line jobs uses Zuul/nodepool RHEL nodes to run ci-framework edpm multinode jobs. These nodes are customized in Zuul/nodepool before being uploaded to PSI.
      We should use a RHEL-9 node with FIPS enabled to run component jobs.

      AC:
      -  Provide a base job or instructions to run a component job that has EDPM nodes with FIPS enabled.
