      The E2E story is a documentation that explains how to use the different technology involved to realize a dashboard that monitors the different metrics (power consumption, DPDK telemetry,...) of a VNF of a OSP 18 context.

      It should includes:

      • How to install the power tool (Kepler) in different places (External data plane, VNF)
      • How to install the monitoring stack (Prometheus/Grafana)
      • How to install the DPDK telemetry in the VNF (https://issues.redhat.com/browse/OSPRH-2277)
      • Creating a VNF flavor with RAPL interface activated
      • Configuration of Prometheus
