      Migrate internal dns tests

Changes from original tests:
- Adjust migrated imports and configuration.
- Adjust class names to whitebox.
- Added find node ssh client method.
- Adjusted compute ovn_controller service restart for podified/devstack/other.
- Replaced test UUIDs with unique ones.
