      Migrate ovn router availability zone tests

Changes from original tests:
- Adjust migrated imports and configuration.
- Added OVN backend check instead of configuration check.
- Replaced test UUIDs with unique ones.
- Master controller execution method according to OSP deployer tool.
- Migrated and adjusted OvnTrafficFlowTest base class.
- Migrated and adjusted verify node quantity method.
- Fixed typos throughout file.
