Octavia-tempest-plugin uses its own test server during testing. The test server is located here [1] and needs to be built prior to the tests execution.

As of now neither tempest role nor test-operator (role) does not support the building of this image.

• There is a way how to built the test-server and provide it to the test pod or test container (tempest role)
