The test-operator role doesn't work correctly when cifmw_test_operator_tempest_include_list is used. The issue is with the name of the variable. Inside of the role we use cifmw_test_operator_tempest_tests_include_override_scenario instead of cifmw_test_operator_tests_include_override_scenario. See the attached PR for more details.
