In Antelope Neutron team introduced new agent: "neutron-ovn-agent" and it should be included in the OSP-18.

It is already packaged in the RDO neutron: https://github.com/rdo-packages/neutron-distgit/blob/rpm-master/openstack-neutron.spec#L460

We already have edpm-ansible role for that: https://github.com/openstack-k8s-operators/edpm-ansible/tree/main/roles/edpm_neutron_ovn
