An upstream bug (https://bugs.launchpad.net/python-glanceclient/+bug/2051761) is affecting OSP18. We need to make sure the fix is included in OSP18.

The faulty code was introduced in 92cd70a2240dd5106ebfffecd6007942e898903a

Therefore OSP18 is the first affected version. No need to backport this to any other downstream release.
