Let's make it easier for the users to query all resources, that are created by the test-operator by assigning them a label. We should create one label, that is common for all the resources created by the test-operator and one label that would tie the resource to a specific CR). So for example one resource might have these two labels:

• operator=test-operator
• test-name=tempest-tests
