Provide ansible tasks and a playbook to collect BIND9 access IPs, rndc keys and the InternalAPI IP of the host they are running on.

Scope note: bring-your-own-bind or BIND9 servers otherwise managed outside of RHOSP 17.1 are out-of-scope.

This needs to work against our development environment target as well as a multinode TripleO environment. Reflected in the story points.
