The designate unbound resolver is not intended for usage outside of the openstack cloud. Depending on how the unbound resolver is exposed to the cloud we may be able to restrict by source CIDR:
access-control: <cidr> allow
Additiional mechanisms to restrict traffic should be used if they are available.
